Great plans for today overtaken by my badminton injury.

Did get up early (for us), did make some sensational pressed picnic sandwiches, did get to the Sandpiper cafe in Croyde for coffee and cake, did get to look around their new shop and buy a few lovely things.

But didn't get to walk around Baggy Point to Putsborough and back. Had to eat the sandwiches back home in the garden.

So you will have to make do with this sparrow visiting our aptly named table at the cafe. I had planned a stunning blip of the North Devon coast bathed in glorious sunshine.
