We see many of these farm buildings in East Lothian.

Big house

Many of them have malting houses, a remnant of the times when the county was mostly given to grain farming.

This one is on the Tyninghame Estate.

I passed it on my epic cycle to retrieve the car after yesterday's party.

I was glad to get off the bike for five minutes!
