WELSH POPPY

Wasn;t too well yesterday evening, just a tummy thing, I didn't slee[ well either, no idea why.  I'm OK now but I'm taking it a bit steady today.  Just doing some photograph stuff but that's all really.

I saw this in the garden and thought it was a lovely spot of brightness on such a lovely day.
