Kilrenny Kirk

Kilrenny is another East Neuk village but not a fishing village. Being a mile of so from the sea, it is surrounded by farms. The church has a notice at the door saying "Consecrated 1243". It is a good subject for wide Wednesday as it needs a really wide lens to include the weathercock on the top ot the spire. The addition to the building on the left which is out of keeping with the architecture of the rest of the building is a family memorial. Sadly, it was a dull, misty day, so the lighting is poor.
