Seed bed

Paul has done a great job of enlarging the small flowerbed in the front garden ready to sow with wild flower seed for a summer display. I came up with the idea of sticks and flatting to try and keep the pigeons and cats off, but no sooner had we come inside than a blackbird hopped in and had a little poke about! I think he was more after worms than seeds and he didn’t stay long so hopefully he won’t eat the seeds. We’ll see if the plan works for the pigeons.

I don’t know where the day went but before I knew it, it was the evening and work loomed tomorrow. Bother!
