Allen Valley view

I don't usually work on Thursday mornings and so I drive the girls to their respective schools ( seven miles apart) and then make a speedy wizz home to get a few things done before returning to school again for the afternoon session.

I took a slight detour on the way back, over the hill towards Ninebanks. This shot was taken looking back and is really an image in green, with great swathes of Buttercups all over the fields. It was all very pretty but the light was quite flat.

Back home to a cup of Earl Grey and the laptop!
