Doppelgänger

Two unrelated strangers who look so much alike, each could be the other. Of course, faces are a large part of how we recognize one another. I wonder if the Germans have a different handy word for a rear view? (According to Google: rear=ruckseite. Sounds like something you carry on your back so that won’t do.)
Anyway, we both thought this looked like the back of a head we know well. Do any of you agree?
