The modern face of the British seaside
Redcar (should have been Hartelepool but we missed our exit off the A66). Good navigating Diana.
Visited Redcar today. A surprisingly nice beach given how industrail the landscape is as you approach Redcar. But what is going on with these wind turbines. Talk about spoling nature. I must admit ti finding them strangely fascinating, but that was because of the photo opportunity they provided. If I lived in Redcar I would not be at all happy with these.
I took 237 photos today. I think I may be becoming obsessive. It was difficult choosing just one picture and having to do so on the laptop didn't help - it makes all of the pictures look washed out and you can't see the detail. I ended up adjusting the best pictures in photoshop, downloading them to my tablet, checking them out, making further adjustments and ...... oh, did I mention that i may be becoming obsessive?
Anyway, this was my final choice and I'm rather pleased with the composition. Fish and chip lunch was rather nice as well.
