Fermented Garlic in Honey…

Hi Everyone,

More gardening done today… and I used the moisture tester on the logs, and they are drying out nicely. 

I prepared the fermented garlic in honey today… It will take 3 or 4 weeks before it can be used. I did some other jobs around the house and kept quite busy.

The hospital did not phone back yesterday, so I called them again today and got the answer machine and still no reply. I am going with the Shawshank Redemption approach and will phone once or twice every day. In the end they will reply just to stop me calling.
