Live Wires

I did my annual resuscitation training today with the lovely Emma. I’d looked after her when she’d had both of her children.

The session went well, we used a live defibrillator with a live current!

I mucked out the bedroom, changed and washed the sheets. I treated myself to a mattress topper. It’s supposed to help me keep cool at night as I’m a bit of a ‘hot sleeper’.
