These are only the first few minutes and as much as I could hold in my hammered memory. But the procedure continued to produce distinctive sounds with a few reprises, so this is a taster. 

Of my two fears - a coughing fit or claustrophobia - neither was realised, and the procedure took only 15 minutes. Never knew photographing cotton wool could be so noisy!

Afterwards, we had coffee and cake in Finkins, a nice place we'd not been to before, and then headed to a garden centre where I spent a birthday voucher, and we had lunch. Then home and slept all afternoon.
