Steps from the waterfall

A lovely day, quite warm, so a walk to Hareshaw Linn with Elsie. It’s a 3 mile walk in total, a bit muddy in parts after all the rain we’ve had recently. Climbed down these steps to the waterfall. Had the place to myself so sat for ages in this spot, listening to the roar of the water. My photos of the waterfall didn’t come out very well so this one will have to do. Elsie enjoyed exploring. After some lunch I headed home and out into the garden, I’m half way round the garden with the digging and weeding. I planted a couple of new plants that I’d bought the other day, plus I split some plants too so they have filled a few gaps.
It’s been a good day, roll on more warmer days.
