Strung up

Visit from a physio lady this morning to help get my flappy foot working again.
I can walk but my left foot doesn’t want to lift properly at the moment.
Lovely massage (with some ouchy bits) and smelly oils. And some exercises which include attaching a bungee to my shoe and belt to remind my foot to lift when I walk. I won’t be wearing it all the time. But hope it helps.
