After the rain...

...comes the mushrooms.  A very good crop of these little brown mushrooms this year which began appearing after I had the old tree cut down several years ago.  Everything is soggy but the mushrooms appear to love it.  We now start a long string of sunny, warm days and I'm thrilled.  I have a special "event" on Sunday and I am glad we'll have a nice day for it.  Tomorrow the lovely Amish farm stand opens nearby and I plan to go as well as returning to the greenhouses for a nice potted plant for my front porch.
