WWII and Beer & Cider festival - Tavistock
Yet another beautiful day, lots of lovely sunshine and a local beer & cider festival, what more could you want for a bank holiday weekend with family.
Part of the Meadows in Tavistock was taken over by bouncy castles and fairground amusements and then the rest was home this weekend to World War Two festival with tents, jeeps, motorbikes, all manner of wartime equipment and lots of people in uniforms from the time and some lovely songs sung by the lady in the middle photo who's name I can't remember.
The Beer and Cider festival was alongside and a great success, must admit to sampling a few myself and very good they were too.
