A meerkat.

For those that watch british tv - I captured this on a post across the Welland river

I saw this meerkat, and I know it is a meerkat cos it was calling in its distinctive voice - "Dave, Dave, Dave" then after a couple of minutes it went to its other song - "Steve, Steve, Steve".
