What's Gong On?

We met Emma and Rafferty at the Pump House cafe in Gheluvelt Park.  It was warm, and dry, enough to sit at one of the outside tables with our coffee.  There is a lot of building work going on nearby where they are building a footbridge over the river.  It's all fenced off and was very quiet....end of a busy week?  So Raffy being the inquisitive type wandered over to take a look.  At one point he stepped off the wooden pathway and sat down in the grass.  His expression is one of puzzlement!
