All dressed up...

...ready for tomorrow’s coronation.

Popped to the shops to pick up a paper this morning, passing this familiar face. Apart from a few admin phone calls, have been resting up as much as poss today. The virus I picked up (probably on the bus) before Easter has knocked me for six and exacerbated all my ME/CFS symptoms (confirmed by doc today), the only remedy being time and rest, neither of which are an option for me. A breezy day of threatening clouds and sunshine, but just one very short shower.

Thank you for your kind words and stars yesterday. The four remaining Allium buds seem to have recovered from their ordeal, with the most likely vandal candidate appearing to be a badger.
