Plaque of a few more Covenanter Martyrs

When I was on my way to Glasgow Cathedral, I had a look at the Outside of the Glasgow Evangelical Church near the Cathedral.
 
After I had a look there I noticed the above Plaque with information on a few Martyrs. I am not sure if it is at the Church Building itself or beside it.

I thought that the only Plaques about Covenanters who were made Martyrs in Glasgow are in Glasgow Cathedral. 
I am a Guide in Glasgow Cathedral which is the reason I was so pleased to find the Plaque.

I have put in a photo of the Evangelical Church in the extra.
It was difficult to get a good Photographic view of the Church because there were so many trees.
