Mending

S went to school wearing red white and blue and her crown. I’ll be glad when all this coronation nonsense is over, I can’t quite get on board with such a grotesque display of wealth and ignorance during a cost of living crisis where children are starving and freezing.

I spent a lot of time practicing sewing and mending this hole, I’m pleased with how it turned out. This evening we went to a National Trust park 10 minutes up the road that we’ve not been to, it was fantastic and we will be back again soon I’m sure.
