Mossy Banks

Having got fed up with peering through the viewfinder through a haze of hair I headed into town for a much needed haircut. Less than an hour later I emerged feeling more lightheaded(!) and took myself off to Frimley Lodge  Park to grab a cup of coffee and a stroll along the Basingstoke Canal.

Even in the centre of the village, the canal cuts its way through the terrain leaving deep banks next to the path providing a perfect host to a canopy of trees rising up through blankets of moss.
