New Pump Needed
I am back blipping again.Just had no time at all the last three weeks.Very long days and seven days a week. The first bank holiday at the start of the month helped us create some space on the nursery so we have been busy catching up with some production and keeping the orders flowing. We have a lot of space around the nursery at the moment which we must get filled in the hope of a good June.
New van has more than 7000 miles on it now and is considered run in.It is slow.Top speed about 85mph and if it sees a hill or even a slight incline 20 miles in the distance it starts to panic and slow down.I have to write to it and give it three weeks warning if we are to venture into the mountains of Wales together. It is a traumatic experience for both of us.
The exciting picture above is a sump pump that I have had to fish out of one of our water collection tanks. Why do they never fail when the tank is empty and not full to the top with water.I have also noticed that they never fail on a week day but over a warm and sunny bank holiday weekend when I have more important things to do.Will have to replace it on Tuesday.
Orders to do tomorrow so I will have to be up and about at Sparrow fart in the morning to try and get them to customers early in the day.Shares in Red Bull must have gone up dramatically the last three weeks as I have kept at least three cans in the van each day especially for the long drives back to the nursery late at night.Drank so much they do not seem to have the same result any more.
Relaxing at the moment to 'For all we know' by John Hartman. This is a wonderful track.
