Celebration!

A collage was in order today. I think I may be seeing other TV captures today on The Coronation of Charles III. It was wonderful to watch and I certainly sat down for too many hours.  I hope that anyone interested in history and of the Royal Family have enjoyed the event as much as Jean and me.

I prepared a Coronation Chicken dish (aka chicken curry with soaked dried organic apricots and raisins and lightly toasted almonds, sprinkled with finely sliced spring onion). We drank sparkling wine and had a special dessert, which I had ordered the day  before. It's called Chocolate Truffle Cake with rasperries.  

Now I need to get out and stretch my legs and breathe in some fresh air!
