Lorna Doone Country

Headed across to the Somerset/Devon border today to the little settlement of Malmsmead. It is the area where Blackmore bases his famous novel Lorna Doone.
Had an excellent coffee in The Buttery Tearoom and then had a wander by the side of Badgworthy Water.
Sal walked a lot farther than me but I still enjoyed it.
Thankfully managed to miss the entire Coronation ceremony ;-)
