Nelly Moser

Of course I watched the coronation, like many other people I imagine. How can you not watch such a historic occasion? 
Then I spent a couple of hours in the garden again - potting on some cucumbers and Eryngium and sowing more seeds - lettuce, radish, salad onions etc. 
I was surprised to see that the clematis has started to flower. Only yesterday I was wondering when it would start to burst into life. They still looked like they had a way to go. I was told that it was called Nelly Moser and it does quite well every year without me doing much at all. I like plants like that :)
