Haldon Forest

Spring is breaking out on the high ground west of Exeter, although I believe the colours of Autumn are more impressive. Nevertheless a very pleasant segment of my drive to Dawlish to meet daughter E for an enjoyable visit. After very heavy overnight rain it passed over leaving patches of fog which were slow to clear until late morning when the sun came out and the temperature rose sharply.
