Coronation Celebrations

Wow, I’ve had a busy day…

I got down to the Quays for 8:30 and had a swim. Victoria, Tina and I were the only ones who had crowns and flags. The sun came out and I did two laps of the 450m course. It was glorious.

I raced home and had a quick shower and then went up to Walkden to have gel finger and toe nails. I’ve got sparkly rose gold fingers and sparkly blue toes. All ready for my holiday and then the wedding when I return.

A naughty sunbed session then I went down to Worsley Village and Karen did my eyebrows.

Pat and I went round to Ellen’s and we had delicious coronation cakes and scones. We raised a glass (or two) of fizz to Charles III. Whether you’re a royalist or not it was an historical moment and no-one does pomp and circumstance as well as us.

I had another glass of fizz at Jude’s and now I’m just chilling.
