Back in Clifton

The only reason I go to Clifton is the Oxfam shop each Wednesday, and the hairdresser about every 8 weeks.  Today it’s a haircut.  The wonderful thing about Clifton is that most of the houses are pretty old, and that means there are many huge beautiful trees. This one, in silhouette against the sun, is located very close to the green alkanet I posted 2 days ago. It’s in the garden of Emmaus House, which I think is a retreat centre.
