Flowers

Only two photos taken today, one in each journal. This is a double exposure of some of the flowers that we bought yesterday.
A busy day. This morning I made a shepherd's pie for supper, so glad that all I have to do is heat it in the oven and make a salad. I did laundry and worked in the garden for a few hours cutting the grass, weed whacking, and getting the beds ready for planting. I did plant a few onions and some cosmos. I'll hopefully plant the flowers tomorrow, along with some of the seeds of hardier veggies. Looks like a good day for getting some in the garden. Felt great to get my hands in the soil, finally, but I might be a bit sore tomorrow! Definitely different muscles used than those required for walking!
