Wedgy

The sun came out this afternoon, after rain overnight and this morning. It was quite warm, obviously enough so that the turtles wanted to sunbathe. I caught the shine off their shells from a distance and cautiously moved closer, trying not to disturb them.

From this angle the trunk and its reflection make a wedge shape poking into the frame. I liked the warm light on the turtles in this image, aided by a darker background and light sky reflection.
