Antipodean Surprise!

Couldn't believe my luck when this beauty sailed elegantly into view this morning.

Not a surprise to everyone, apparently, as I was very quickly trampled underfoot by a horde of twitchers armed with ginormous lenses and sporting dodgy camouflage gear.

A native of Western Australia, I did detect a funny accent, that's a long, long way to paddle!


She/He comes from a land Down Under (apparently)!
