Pollok Park

We has summer today!

I had such a lovely day. Up with the "bark" so just started planting the containers with the plants bought yesterday. Bought some new varieties this year so we'll need to wait and see if they are slug proof. Killerqueen and SD popped over so we had a wee cup of tea in the sun and SD sawed up some guttering for me to take to work.

In the afternoon, we headed out to Pollok Park for a walk with the Mozo's. Still the sun kept shining MP enjoyed leaping into the river (and a muddy puddle) and chasing her ball. We then went for a coffee in Tapa, a wee cafe next to Queen's Park. Glad we didn't go there for a walk - it was hoaching. If you've ever seen Glaswegians out on a sunny day, then you'll be able to picture the scene!

In the evening we went round to Aldomak's for an impressive BBQ and watched the champions league final.

And the sun shone ALL day!
