Visit

Went down to my home town (Hawick) to visit my parents. After a coffee we took a slow walk along one of Hawick’s two rivers - the one in the blip is the Slitrig. It was a slow walk as my parents are both in their 80s so don’t do things quickly. It was a lovely visit and the river provided much entertainment- there was a mother duck with a gaggle of ducklings, this gorgeous heron and a variety of other bird life. And to top it off there was lots of sunshine - unlike Haddington which was grey and murky so a real bonus.
