Into the vortex...

...under the Tyne...

Thick mist over the Black Middens this morning as we stopped to pick up a coffee.
Glad we did, as we were held quite a while at traffic lights on the A19 while they cleared a breakdown in the tunnel.

Cadged lunch at my sister's on the way through -inland the sun was shining and it reached the giddy heights of 18C outdoors ;)

A quick walk round the block when we got home, to make the most of the lovely evening, and to make up for sitting round all day!
