Long morning shadow

It was a beautiful morning full of puffy little clouds. I managed to wake up about 5:30. That isn't when I wanted to get up but was awake so I did. The morning was beautiful, though.
The day ended up being a little stressful with those silly chickens. They just couldn't figure out where to lay their eggs and kept going back to the old coop. I would shoo them over to the summer coop and they would go in and sit in a nest box then come out and start all over again. One kept jumping into the the closed round garden to get to the bunny barn. She kept jumping at the closed door... They were all panting because it was pretty warm and they were getting stressed. So I was getting stressed.
We also moved the rabbits out of the bunny barn and into the summer coop area where they have cages under the chicken coop. I forget how much back and forthing it is to get everything switched.

Finally two of them laid eggs in the summer coop box. I ended up putting one box under the sauna where they can still get to and someone laid an egg there. And after a little coaxing they all put themselves to bed in the summer coop.

I was hoping for some relaxing time spent in the Teahouse, which is open now the plastic is off, but I never got the chance. I did get some more beds cleaned up and some cosmos planted. I've walked 11500 steps just around here today. I think I'm ready for bed.
I did get my first little cutting of asparagus!! Yum!
