Sunday morning walk

Had a nice morning walk up on the moors above Dunford bridge. Has you can see the views are fabulous and so much better now that they've removed the 7 electricity pylons that used to spoil this landscape.
Unfortunately on returning home I seemed to have hurt my back again, darren noticed immediately that I wasn't walking as comfortably as I was when we were out on walk. I will now be resting for the next few days and if I do go for walk it will be a very small one, that will be upto Darren though.
Im taking doggy painkillers and doggy inflammatories just to make me feel a bit more comfortable and aid my recovery.
