Surprise!!

Threw some clothes on this morning to take Amy for a quick football match first thing......got there and we hadn't been told it was a full days tournament. A quick scramble to get Hayley to grab some drinks and snacks and join me, and then it was ok. The girls came third overall but they were quite a few players down including the regular goalie, so it was tough. The main thing was seeing how happy Amy was. She truly is happiest when playing football, shes missed it so much these last few weeks what with her broken knuckle. Only saw her in between games quick to grab a drink and then carry on practising passes. It has to be worth baking in the sun in far-to-warm clothes just for that alone. But we will be much better prepared for next weekends tournament at Bispham!!!
