And the "Medal"

The volunteers at the run yesterday were handing these out to the finishers.  I'm really pleased still to have completed this run and I do feel somewhat motivated to do more but boy am I struggling with this continued cold.

Tuesday was back at work and back to depressing Croydon - just one day before a wee jaunt to Brighton for a work event.
