Inside Insch - a community speaks....

Another good day in Insch today as the community celebrated the good weather with a family picnic at the Meadows. We piggy-backed on this community event by using the nearby masonic lodge as a home for the now complete model of the village - a labour of love that our volunteers have worked on for weeks now. This was day 2 of the community consultation on what would make Insch an even better place to live. And, boy did we get plenty of ideas, with about 800 comments over the two days. Next week the model heads to the primary school, the day-care, sheltered housing and a coffee morning in the church so that as many people as possible get the chance to contribute.
