Eye catching

It has rained a lot today and this has kept it dark.

I collected the other Marjorie this afternoon and drove her here for chat and an evening meal. It’s great to have her company.

When I took her home this evening, the rain had stopped and the colours in her tiny front garden were intensified. She has plants growing in pots and the visual effect is delightful.

This euphorbia stole the show. I know that some photographers do not like intense yellow and greens, but I love the colours in this image.

Some back roads were flooded on my drive home.
