The new Old Loans Inn

The Old Loans Inn this evening. Reputedly, there has been an old coaching inn here since the 18th century. Within living memory it used to be called the Bruce Inn, presumably in recognition of Loans' connection with Scottish royalty. A few years ago the original building was demolished completely to make way for this new 'boutique hotel'. Though not identical, the new facade resembles the old building.
