Strange Fog

Walked up the Hudson River trail after work today and while taking picture I noticed a strange fog down past the Statue of Liberty. I thought it strange cuz it was a nice warm sunny day -- I guess it was too warm and the water cold? IDK but it was kinda cool -- I wish I was closer when I saw it tho.
