H M Passport Office

Quick 240 miles round trip to HM Passport Office in Peterborough today to collect an emergency renewal passport for family.  We were caught in a Kafkaesque loop with the computer,  which kept saying no, until a real human called us back on Sunday and all was sorted in 10 minutes.  Peterborough looked a very nice town (see extra) but didn't have time to explore.
