Ginger Shots

I've made a batch of fiery ginger juice. Just 60g of fresh ginger (skin on), 400ml apple juice and the juice of half a lemon all whizzed up in the blender then sieved to remove the peel and pulp. It leaves this juice which fair wakes you up... :D
