Golden Globlets

Look at the splashes at the top of the waves, wondrous to see.

We have arrived in Faro, to “our” little hotel, to meet Paul and Felicity early tomorrow. Walked along the beach after we got here, felt a bit surreal seeing all the sunbathers on holiday, haven’t thought about holidays at all.

Stopped for a snack on the way down and saw a load of messages - had totally forgotten that was meant to be translating for a Zoom meeting, phew! SO frustrating to leave my food, and work hard for an hour plus.

Gratefuls:
- collecting our car, which is working better than ever, what a hero Duarte is!
- getting safely to Faro, and the beauty of the sea (if you look at Mike’s Blip, you’ll see the most dangerous part of our journey)
