Lunch

Using up the last of our Christmas vouchers for an amazing lunch and early anniversary treat at The Wilderness. Our favourite restaurant by some margin. The food is always incredible, created by Marius and his team of kitchen wizards. Dish of the day was a tie between the Carrot dish, involving slow roasted, barbecued, pickled, powdered and bread and butter pudding carrots underneath a yeast based foam and the Hogget dish with asparagus, wild garlic, turnip and celeriac puree.
