Second Grade Field Trip

Today I joined my grandson's school field trip that explored the town of La Plata. We started at the Town Hall, where we learned about our local government. Then we went to the Police Department, which was much more fun because the kids got to activate the lights and sirens on a real police car (extra.) After lunch at Ledos we visited the fire department (extra.)
