Day 2 and still alive!
Day 2 of the training-regime and same route/distance as yesterday ...
... main difficulty today was getting up at 6.30am to make sure we were out of the door by 7am, to fit the run in before work! This isn't going to be easy as the distances get longer :-(
Anyhow, some marginal improvement already - and another canal-shot I'm afraid (at least in the other direction):
Date: 27/5/13
Height: 6 ft 4inches
Weight: 16stone 10pounds (still!)
Distance run: 2miles
Pace: 8mins/mile (woohoo!)
