Lupin

One of our periodic garden centre visits.  Today Houghton Hall.  We needed new brackets for the hanging baskets, so for once we were going knowing what we wanted not making a snap decision when there.  Of course, there was also the social aspect of an afternoon with Kany and a long natter over coffee.

Lupins before they open always catch my eye.  Having a macro lens with me I had a go at catching the effect.  I am quite pleased with the result.
