‘To Let’

This telephone box is in the centre of the city opposite Kings College!! I have not noticed it before - but that might have been before this ‘To Let’ notice had been put on it. I think it is illegal to fix notices to telephone boxes - so I wondered if this is an ex-telephone box. Next time I pass I will check to see if it opens……
